Send an email to post@growlagainstcancer.posterous.com with a fitting subject(for instance where in the world you are) and attach your mugshot, nothing more is needed. If you do however want to add some words/best wishes, feel free.

Your email will be held for moderation till either Mr. AML or Mr. ALL have approved it.

We will NOT post your name/details, nor use them in any way shape or form. We only ask for your support in the form of a growl.
